David "Bear" Geiger
Founder - Strategic Planning
Bear is the primary person responsible for visioning, strategic planning, acquiring capital, finding land, and building and maintaining relationships.
Karen Geiger
Founder - Accounts Payable
Karen is Bear’s voice of reason. She makes sure that his crazy ideas don’t get too crazy. She also makes sure that our vendors get paid in a timely manner.
Matt Hanna
Project Manager - Siteworks
Matt oversees road construction, homesite clearing, estimating, permitting, water mitigation, grading, soil testing, septic permitting, earthworks, engineering, surveying, land consulting, erosion control measures, and erosion control monitoring.
David J. Geiger
Project Manager - Professional/Civic
David oversees permitting, town, county, and state regulations and navigates the sea of red tape that is required to satisfy all of the entities that have jurisdiction over our projects. He is also Bear’s close friend and co-planner. David also handles much of the day-to-day operations of the company.
Stephen Green
Lead Equipment Operator
Stephen is our lead equipment operator and site supervisor. He is a great contributor to the success of our sitework operations. He lends great insight into ways we can work smarter and more efficiently.
Rebecca Hanna
Broker/Realtor
Rebecca is a licensed NC REALTOR® and a member of the Johnston County Realtors Association. She represents LBC in land acquisitions and sales transactions. She also provides representation to builders and assists new homeowners.
Emily Geiger
Bookkeeper/Accounts Receivable
Emily oversees our bookkeeping and accounts receivable. She keeps our numbers straight and contributes with creative suggestions and solutions in many other areas.
