Once sites are recorded you can expect a buildable site ready for construction on day one. 

House boxes, the entrance, front yard, and back yard will be cleared of all debris, grubbed, and rough graded.  Proposed septic areas will be gently cleared so we do not compact the soil and render it useless for septic permitting. Lot lines will have swells to mitigate water to the proper swales carrying water to the proper discharge route. Drainage ditches will be on final grade with seed and straw matting already installed. 

A functioning mail kiosk with mail delivery will be ready to be set up.  Underground power and fiber internet (where available) will be already installed throughout the community.  Contact David or Matt with any further questions. We look forward to working with you!
